We currently provide our customers with access to online product ordering and payment of a pre-selected range of items (collectively, the "Service"). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Shipment

Shipment of the goods shall be made in accordance with customary shipping practices for such goods. Delivery charges are subject to change at any time. No allowance for Insurance is included in delivery charge.

Refunds

Refund will only be issued on faulty goods. Creative Worx must be notified within 48 hours if faulty goods are to be refunded. Goods must be returned before refund is issued. Goods are to be labelled CREATIVE WORX 35 Finsbury St Newmarket Qld 4051. Phone Creative Worx on + 61 (0) 7 3352 6000 to arrange collection of faulty goods. No refund will be issued if goods are replaced with new. No refund will be issued for items ordered in error on the website.
